India with its vast coast line, rivers, water bodies and inland waterways spread across its landscape, has always inspired maritime entrepreneurs to venture and explore the potential of these natural resources. Envisaging this vision, Yojaka Marine Products Pvt. Ltd., or ‘Yojaka’ as is known among its clientele was formed in the year 1998. Our primary objective then was providing engineering services to the growing marine industry.
In 1999, Yojaka forayed in to its first marine operation by entering in to an agreement with New Mangalore Port Trust (NMPT) for the deployment and operation of the patrol boat in their territorial waters. This agreement was also a milestone, as it was among the first private and government joint security operations in Indian ports. With this as a stepping stone, Yojaka bagged its next prestigious projects with Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) a subsidiary of ONGC, for the work of operation and maintenance of their Virtual Jetty at NMPT. Yojaka successfully executed this project for a period of three years by handling the mooring of vessels and executing the transfer of petroleum products from the ship to shore through floating hoses, much to the admiration of MRPL and NMPT.
Motivated by challenges and constantly upgrading with time, technology and resources, Yojaka gradually expanded in to new horizons of Marine, Mechanical, Offshore and Civil Engineering. In the year 2006, with a clear vision of expansion and global growth, Yojaka was rechristened as Yojaka (India) Private Limited.
Yojaka’s registered office is located in the coastal city of Mangalore, cradled in the southern state of Karnataka, India. Yojaka function and operate throughout India with strategically located branch offices at Mumbai (Maharashtra), Surat (Gujarat) and Cochin (Kerala). Birpur ( Bihar ) and Guwahati ( Assam ).
Yojaka have a fully owned subsidiary company in free trade zone of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE for exploring business opportunities in the Middle East & African markets.
Yojaka has water front boat yard with berthing & slipway facilities at Mangalore for fabrication, dry docking and maintenance works of vessels, boats and dredgers.

Management Mr.Jagadish Boloor, the Managing Director of the Company is at the helm of Yojaka’s Corporate affairs and business developments.

The management of Yojaka is well supported and guided by experienced and knowledgeable personnel from their respective fields. Under the senior management, performs a young and dynamic project execution team consisting of qualified personnel in the field of Marine, Mechanical and Civil Engineering .
